Including business name.  If they do not have one, create a DBA name. Current Credit Report - for each owner/signer.

The top summary page from their last 3 months of bank statements.  If they have multiple accounts including personal/savings/investments, it is helpful to provide them.  The more documented reserves...the better.

Seller's invoice  and/or spec sheet to indicate year, make, model, miles, hours, accessories,..

What is the customer's history?  What do they do and in what geographical areas? What is the physical address where the equipment will be stored? Make sure the customer's company is Active & in Good Standing with their State.  You can use our Secretary of State Business Search page anytime.

We generally do not need tax returns or financials for transactions under $75,000 (sometimes up to $100,000) but if the customer has supplied them, it may be beneficial to submit them.  If they do not "help" their file, they will be removed before processing.

We normally structure transactions with the least amount down required but if the customer wishes to put down a particular amount, let us know.  If the customer has poorer credit and/or wishes to put down the least amount possible, free and clear titled vehicles may be used as additional collateral to help.

We require the borrower to own the home they live in.  A homeowner cosigner with acceptable credit will satisfy that requirement. 

If unpaid tax liens appear on the credit report, documentation will be needed to show they've been paid.
